Ac service call and indoor air quality installtion - The customer smells a mildew smell. The customer decided to have a ac today technician install a uv light to protect from mold, mildew. The customer is extremely happy with the results.
Ac maintenance performed. The customer signed ack up for a friends and family maintenance plan.
Ac maintenance and repair performed. Checked all components and cleared the drain line. The technician found a bad capacitor. The capacitor was replaced and the customer signed back up for another year of the friends and family maintenance plan.
….. customer had unit off and door open. I closed the door and window turn the system on and calculated a 20° TD nothing wrong with the unit. Customer said they can’t leave the doors open and it still be cold inside. I explained to them that the AC unit will not cool down the space in the middle of the day if doors are open. Nothing more I canDo in the situation.

Please get equipment information. Tstat was satisfied at 78 and no issues found, insulation is thick in attic as well. I recommended possible replacement of six duck runs in attic due to age but not leaking at this time. I explain to customer that they may want to set their thermostat a little lower than 78 in the summer due to wood frame construction on home and age of home. Customer said she will try setting temperature lower and check it in the next couple days
Completed maintenance on a frigidaire air conditioning system. Replaced faulty float switch.
HVAC MAINTENANCE DONE WASHED THE EVAPORATOR COIL DOWN AND FLUSHED THE DRAIN LINE AND DRAIN PAN OUT. UNIT IS RUNNING GOOD AT THIS TIME.
Maintenance completed on Frigidaire ac system, all amps and pressures are in range m. Changed filter, flushed drain line.
